On the corner of Gumpendorferstrasse and Léhargasse (Franz Léhar was a frequent Sperl patron). Go down the Linke Wienzeile (right hand side of the Naschmarkt, facing away from the Ringstrasse), turn right into Girardigasse and bear left at the end into Léhargasse.
